1986 Nissan 300ZX

Motorcar Studio is pleased to offer this 1986 Nissan 300ZX. This is a remarkably original and unmolested example with just 85,000 miles and a recent major service (including timing belt). Finished in Hot Red, based on paint meter readings we believe this car to be in original paint. Paint and body present to a very good standard with no known accident damage or rust. OEM 15-inch alloy wheels are wearing Kumho Ecsta tires with nearly full-depth tread remaining. This Z car is a true automotive icon of the 1980s, thanks especially to the t-tops and digital dash.

Interior presents well and is believed to be all original. Excellent crack-free dash. The digital dash, voice warnings, stereo and automatic climate functions are all working (although the A/C is still running R12 and needs a recharge to blow cold). T-tops are also in great condition and both the sunshade inserts and protective bags are present.

Under the hood is a fuel-injected overhead cam 3.0 liter V6 mated to an automatic transmission with overdrive. Just three months ago in preparation for the sale this Z-car underwent a major service that included a timing belt, water pump, valve cover gaskets, cam and crank seals, radiator hoses, drive belts and an oil service. This is a good running and drive example in excellent original condition. Owner's manual, factory service manual, collapsible spare, inflator, jack and tools are all included with the sale.
