Motorcar Studio is pleased to offer this exceptionally clean and well-maintained 1988 BMW E28 M5. Clean CarFax with no accidents and all matching VIN labels in place. A collector-quality BMW in unmodified, original condition with the only update being a modern stereo. These cars were made to be driven, and most of them were (and still are), so it's increasingly difficult to find a "no stories" example with fewer than 100k miles.
Exterior shows beautifully with no flaws to note -- one repaint in the correct color to a very high standard (as good as factory). New Michelins on gorgeous original BBS 16-inch basketweaves.
Interior shows well with less wear than expected for age and mileage. Dash, door panels, carpets, headliner, steering wheel, shift knob and center console in excellent condition. Minor patina on parking brake handle and outer seat bolsters -- but the leather is still soft with no rips or tears, and the seats have NOT been re-dyed.
Drivetrain and suspension are completely stock and the car performs just as it should. So many of these S38-powered cars have been driven hard and/or subjected to questionable modifications -- this engine has not been chipped and clearly the car has been well cared for throughout its life.
