1969 International Scout 800A

Motorcar Studio is pleased to offer this 1969 International Harvester Scout 800A, an unusually well-optioned truck with a V8, four-speed and cold A/C. Finished in correct Gold Poly with a white hard top, original paint is still on the dash and under the hood. Straight body with nice paint and excellent door gaps; all seals and weatherstripping were replaced when the truck was repainted a few years ago. No known rust. Alloy wheels with new tires are a nice update, but aside from that this truck retains a refreshingly original look inside and out.

Interior shows well with new upholstery in the correct pattern; interior floors have been rhino lined for all-weather durability.
Original AM radio in dash; all gauges are working. Period dealer-installed "Climatic-Air" A/C system has been refurbished with all new components under the hood and is blowing cold.

The original 304 has been upgraded to a low-mileage and fully resealed 345 ci V8. Too many new parts to mention, including but not limited to, new Holley 2300 carburetor, rebuilt distributor, new clutch, new brake master cylinder, wheel cylinders, drums, shoes and lines, water pump, fuel pump, full tune up, etc.
