1974 Porsche 911

Motorcar Studio is pleased to offer this highly-optioned
1974 Porsche 911 coupe finished in desirable Ice Green Metallic. In our
personal collection for nearly two years and maintained with an open checkbook
-- this is one of the best driving and "set-up" mid-year cars you
will find.

Extensive records dating back to the early 1980s, this 911
was in the northwest for most of its life but spent time in Germany when its
owner, an Army medical officer, shipped it over while stationed there. Ordered
in unusual Ice Green Metallic over leather-to-sample olive green interior with
sport seats. It is also optioned with power windows, power sunroof, intermittent
wipers, A/C (inop) and Fuchs.

Service during our ownership, totaling over $10,000, has
included an engine out service, partial reseal, transmission rebuild with
clutch, axles, shocks, wheel bearings, brakes, steering linkage, alignment,
refinished Fuchs with Michelins, shifter and throttle linkage rebuild,
windshield gasket and body weather strip replacement, H4 headlight upgrade and
more -- on top of regular maintenance (oil changes, valve adjustments, etc). The
2.7 was rebuilt in the past and has Carrera tensioners -- it runs great and
pulls strong.

Interior is mostly original and shows well; seat leather is
soft and the sport seats are supremely comfortable. Minor patina exists
throughout but it is a pleasant place to spend time. Likewise the older repaint
in the correct color has some patina and touch-ups but shows as an honest car
and always gets compliments.

We've used this 911 regularly for touring and rally events
where it often sees 500-plus miles in a weekend, and we would feel comfortable
driving it anywhere reliably. 1974 is an interesting year for the 911 as it
transitioned to the G-body but retained many of the earlier cars'
characteristics like the silver trim, early dash and single chrome mirror -- it
also was not yet hampered by the smog equipment of the later narrow body cars.

This truly is a driver's 911 and if you are looking for a
unique and well-sorted example that is eligible for many vintage car rallies --
and is smog-exempt in California -- we encourage you to put this one on your
short list. Original owner's manual, tool kit, jack and collapsible spare are
included.
