1973 Ford Bronco
Motorcar Studio is pleased to offer this 1973 Ford Bronco. This Early Bronco is an honest and unmolested example that was restored to a nice driver standard a few years ago. It's a long-term Georgia truck and has been with the current owner in Atlanta since 2012 -- always garage kept and driven sparingly.
Finished in Durango Tan (an attractive mustard yellow shade which we believe to be the original color), panels are straight with good gaps. Nice bumpers, trim and glass (much, but not all, of the trim, rubbers and lenses are new). Stock hubcaps on factory steel wheels with period-correct bias-ply mud tires. The all-stock interior is tidy with new upholstery (in correct parchment), seat belts, dash pad and headliner. Uncut dash with original AM radio. Original steering wheel.
This Bronco is highly optioned with a 302 cubic inch V8, automatic transmission, power steering and recently upgraded power disk (front) brakes. The engine appears mostly stock with a correct two-barrel carburetor and factory air cleaner, but has been upgraded with electronic ignition and headers. The current owner believes that the engine was rebuilt during the restoration prior to his ownership but we do not have receipts for that work (although it looks and runs as if the engine has been rebuilt).
It's nice to find a stock, uncut Early Bronco with good options that hasn't been either hacked up or over-restored. Turn-key and ready for cruising, careful off-roading or cars and coffee.
