2001 BMW 540i

Motorcar Studio is pleased to offer this 2001 BMW E39 540i 6-speed. This E39 has been with the same Georgia owner since his purchase in 2008 and has fewer than 64,000 original miles. It is finished in Titanium Silver over black leather interior and was optioned with folding rear seats and premium sound. As a 6-speed manual it got sport seats, sport suspension and 17-inch wheels. Accompanied by a Clean CarFax report showing no accidents, service records dating to 2004, original window sticker, books, tools, both keys and matching spare. This E39 has been well maintained by the dealer or a marque specialist throughout its life.

Recent service has included radiator and expansion tank; timing cover reseal and valve cover gaskets were done at 54k miles. The interior is very nice with soft leather and nice wood with only some light wear on the outer driver's seat bolster. We believe the paint to be original; it shows well overall but there are some scuffs and minor door dings in various places. The radio display pixels have been repaired, but there are a few pixels out in the cluster.

This 540i runs and drives great with plenty of power from the 4.4 liter V8. Current Georgia emissions and no check engine light. Excellent mileage and a nice spec for one of BMW's best vehicles.
